41 Self-Awareness and Spiritual Journaling Prompts

Journaling is one of the most therapeutic commitments I’ve ever made. Self-awareness and spiritual journaling has helped me to relieve stress, plan for my future and expand my self-awareness.

To me, self-awareness and spiritual journaling is a way to unpack, form and explore my own beliefs as it relates to my life and spirituality.

It’s a way to express my thoughts without judgement or shame. As you continue to live, your thoughts and feelings may very well change.

Journaling is a way to also go back in time and to marvel on how much, or how little, your beliefs have changed over the years.

I’ve compiled 41 Self Awareness and Spiritual Journaling Prompts to guide you through your own self-awareness and spiritual awakening journey.

Happy Journaling!
